Man has a burning desire to know and to make known. To be "in the loop" and keeping people "in the loop" can lead to much ungodliness. Whispering, backbiting, and gossiping are some sins of knowledge. These abuse wanting to know and make known. Yet, desiring to know and to make known isn't the issue. God has made us in His image, after His likeness; therefore, we are to know and make known. Therefore, coming to knowledge and making known is natural and necessary for God's relationship with man and our relationship with one another; however, the problem is what is known and what it is we are making known.

THE LIE

Satan is the father and author of the lie (Jn 8:44). The lie makes chaos and confusion veiling the masses in darkness. The lie blinds others to believe and know that which is error and false.
